Bring your bikes and ride with us! Enjoy the benefits of exercising outdoors with the Soul Stretch Tribe on a FUN two-wheeled adventure. Each Sunday, Rose and Sid will lead cyclists through a different and beautiful area of Vacationland. We’ll explore Catawba Island, downtown Port Clinton, the old town of Gypsum, and more.
We’ll begin in the parking lot at Soul Stretch Cycle in Port Clinton, pedal a different 10-15 mile course each Sunday and end back at the studio for coffee and refreshments.
We make it easy to set new fitness goals!
Our outdoor cycle classes keep you riding together with other cyclists who ride at your level. No matter what you’re riding for, we’re here to ride with you. Our Outdoor Cycle Club is for riders of ALL experience levels! All abilities welcome!
Drop in or class passes apply.
In the event of rain, we will simply ride inside on the stationary bikes.
A GUIDE on What to Wear on our Outdoor Cycle Club Sundays:
• Road cycling helmet and sunglasses
• Light backpack
• Layers of clothing: light jersey, t-shirt, shorts (or padded bibs), gloves and socks
• Bright colored clothes

Fridays, starting June 4th
Port Clinton's own Irish Hammer, Sid, will lead you on a cardio pumping 30 minute Cycle ride, followed by 30 minutes of a different Strength Circuit Training PER WEEK!
Each week's circuit routine will be held OUTDOORS and include a variety of workout stations and/or obstacle courses to target different areas of the body.
Bring your tennis shoes, towels and bottled water. Drop in or Class Passes Apply.
Order before your class and we'll have it ready for you afterwards!
