Rider's Etiquette

At Soul Stretch Cycle, we want you to enjoy the experience of riding with our community.  No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, we have a ride for you.  Just follow your instructor's lead and let the music move you.  This is a judgement free space, so it's also okay to just sit and watch.  But before you begin, please consider the following Ride Etiquette:

1. SIGN UP in advance.
We only have 15 bikes.  Walk ins are always welcome but try to get into the habit of signing up on line to reserve your seat.  If you must cancel, please notify us within 12 hours so we can give your bike to another student.  Otherwise the class will be deducted from your package.

2. CLEAN UP
No one wants to work out in a smelly gym.  Please wear clean clothes and be aware of your personal hygiene prior to class.

3. FUEL UP
It's not good to ride on an empty stomach.  We recommend eating a light snack before class.  The coffee and juice bar will be open after class with a variety of coffee, juices, bowls and bites to purchase.

4. GEAR UP
Regular gym shoes are welcome.   We also recommend spin shoes, if you have them, to clip in.

5. HYDRATION
Bring plenty of bottled water to every class.  We will also have bottled water for sale in the coffee & juice bar area of the studio

6. CONSIDERATION
All classes will start on time.  If you enter the studio after class starts, please quietly take your bike.
This is OUR studio, so please help us take care of it by cleaning off the bikes after you ride.
Digital devices are a distraction.  This is YOUR time away, so please put away the cell phones during class. Gum and earplugs will be provided for your ride, but please dispose of them in the trash after class - not on the floor.
